At Lasagnas on the Road, we only do one thing, but we do it exceptionally well.

From choosing the freshest and finest ingredients, including only 100% British beef and pork meat and Italian extra virgin olive oil, to slow-cooking our traditionally-made ragù sauce for three hours to let it absorb all the flavours.

From hand-stirring our besciamelle sauce into a creamy delight made only with British milk and butter, to adding plentiful real Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

From layering the pasta into thick, sauce-filled single portions to finally surprising you with their heart-warming goodness.
